September 25, 2009 - GC China Turbine Corp. announces the final framework for a definitive acquisition agreement with Wuhan Guoce Nordic New Energy Co. Ltd., a People’s Republic of China Company.
October 28, 2009 - Company announces signing an agreement to invest an initial US$ 1.75 million towards the establishment of a joint venture design and research institute located in Sweden under the direction of Mr. Tomas Lyrner to develop twin blade, 2.5 - 3.0 MW utility scale turbines.

Appointments: as of September 4, 2009, Mr. Hou Tie Xin, Ms. Qi Na and Mr. Xu Jia Rong and as of October 16, 2009, Mr. Christopher Walker Wadsworth were appointed to the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Hou was appointed as Chairman of the board of directors. Ms. Qi was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Zhao Ying was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Tomas Lyrner was appointed as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Marcus Laun remains as a director.
November 5, 2009 - Announces Close of Financing and completion of US$ 19m raise.
November 17-19, 2009 - Enters into agreements with Daqing Longjiang Wind Power Co., Ltd., Wuhan Kaidi Electric Engineering Co., Ltd., and Kelipu Wind Power Co., Ltd with installations already underway at the Daqing location. This represents initial orders of 150 wind turbines, worth in excess of US$ 128 million within one year.
November 19, 2009 - Management determines that the Company has the capability to produce an average of thirty (30) wind turbines per month.
December 21, 2009 - Company meets with prestigious committee of local and federal government leaders including academicians, engineers and officials to review and approve GC China’s 10 Year Strategic Plan to an accreditation panel of state-level industry experts in Wuhan, China on December 12th. The panel undertook a number of in-depth discussions on the planning proposal and adopted unanimous approval of the plan as proposed – thereby paving the way for the company to rapidly move forward with its aims.
January 12, 2010 - completes and delivers a 10 unit order of its flagship 1.0MW state-of-the-art twin blade wind turbines which was secured at the beginning of December by the Guohan Investment Group of Shenzhen, China (“Guohan”) – this proves the company’s ability for rapid turn-a-round and adaptability as a manufacturer.
January 14, 2010 - GC China has manufactured and delivered 6 units to Daqing Longjiang Wind Power Co., Ltd. and 10 units each to Wuhan Kaidi Electric Engineering Co., Ltd., and to Shenzhen Guohan Investment Group’s Baicheng City resource area. Several of these units have been fully tested and are already producing to the local electrical grids in their regions. This brings the total to 26 units shipped. Management revises initial sales numbers upwards to 160 wind turbines, worth in excess of US$ 135 million.
January 26, 2010 - The Company announces implementation of new economic marketing model as part of its strategic plan. The “Wind Resource Model” has been successfully adopted and utilized by several well established main-stream wind turbine manufacturers and their regional partners in China.
January 26, 2010 - GC China announces the December signing of a cooperation agreement on wind resource development with the Baicheng Municipal Government of Jilin Province, China. The project is slated for Sijianfang located in the Taobei District of Baicheng where the total planned installation capacity is 200MW and construction is slated to start by June 2010. If the project is completed, the expected potential value of orders could exceed US$137.6 million (940 million Yuan).
January 26, 2010 - Announces project in the Private Development Zone of Baicheng where the total planned installation capacity is 100MW and if completed, could have an expected potential value of orders in excess of US$68.8 million (470 million Yuan.
January 26, 2010 - Announces agreement with the Management Commission of the Taonan Economic Development Zone located in Taonan of Baicheng for GC China to introduce a glass fabric reinforced plastic manufacturer of turbine blades into the Taonan District in 2010. In exchange, the Taonan Economic Development Zone management will commit to offer 500MW of wind farm resources to the Company, which could have an estimated potential value of orders in excess of US$344 million (2.35 billion Yuan). The wind farm project is slated to commence construction in 2011.
January 27, 2010 - GC China and Shenzhen Guohan Investment Group announce an agreement to set up a wind turbine assembly and research and development facility in Jianping (attached to Chaoyang City) in Liaoning Province, and consequently, the local government will allocate wind farm resources of no less than 300MW to GC China. The project is in the approvals stage and the first 50MW project is expected to begin in 2010. If completed, the expected potential value of orders could exceed US $34.4 million (235 million Yuan).
February 1, 2010 - GC China updates Dafeng Offshore Project where Initial plans envision several local offshore wind farms, each offering 500 megawatt (MW) capacity. Initial estimates by the Company place the value of potential orders for a project of this scale in excess of US $344 million (2.35 billion Yuan). Planning is moving ahead and the first phase of the regional master plan is estimated to include 50 turbines of 1.0MW. At later stages, the wind farm is slated to utilize the new high output models of 2.5MW and 3.0MW currently in development at GC China’s European R & D facility.
February 16, 2010 - The Company announces it has signed a Cooperation Agreement with Fengshuo Wind Power Co., Ltd ("Fengshuo"), of Inner Mongolia, towards the development of regional 300 MW wind farms and subsequent purchase of wind turbines from the Company. Management estimates that if a turbine order required to operate a wind farm of 300MW installed capacity is placed, this could result in sales to GC China with a minimum value of US $206 million (1.41 billion Yuan).
March 24, 2010 - Announced that effective February 9th, 2010 it has signed a binding cooperation agreement with Guoneng Fengshen (Beijing) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd as well as a sales contract for 50 wind turbine units slated for installation at the 200MW first phase of a new wind farm project (proposed for 500MW) undertaken by Guoneng Fengshen with the People’s Government of Taonan of Jilin Province for the development of wind farms in Yongmao, Taonan. Guoneng Fengshen has pledged that the entire 200MW wind farm would purchase and use wind turbines produced by GC China. As a result, the anticipated order is projected to result in excess of US$146 million (1 billion RMB) in sales. In related news, the Company updates current sales figures to-date as US $173.5 million.
