GC China Turbine Corp. Delivers Initial Shipment of Wind Turbines to Phase One of 200MW Project in Jilin Province, China

(OTCBB: GCHT) (the "Company" or "GC China"), a leading Chinese manufacturer of twin blade wind turbines, is pleased to announce that it has so far delivered a total of twenty 1.0MW Utility-Class Wind Turbines out of an initial order of fifty turbines to phase one of the Yongmao wind farm project at Taonan, Baicheng, Jilin Province, on behalf of Guoneng Fengshen (Beijing) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd ("Guoneng Fengshen"). The sales contract calls for the entire order of fifty turbines to complete delivery, installation and grid connection this year.

(OTCBB: GCHT) (the "Company" or "GC China"), a leading Chinese manufacturer of twin blade wind turbines, wishes to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with a European renewable energy development partner with the purpose of creating a strategic alliance centered in Poland.

The LOI sets out the basis for a proposed agreement whereby the Polish business entity known as "Life Energy" of Warsaw, Poland would jointly participate with GC China in feasibility studies, financial planning, management and development of future wind powered renewable projects proposed for Poland and other regions across parts of Europe.

(OTCBB: GCHT) (the "Company" or "GC China"), a leading Chinese manufacturer of twin blade wind turbines, wishes to announce that effective February 9th, 2010 it has signed a binding cooperation agreement with Guoneng Fengshen (Beijing) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter called "Guoneng Fengshen") as well as a sales contract for 50 wind turbine units signed on the same day and that are slated for installation at the first phase of a new wind farm project undertaken by Guoneng Fengshen.

Guoneng Fengshen is a high-tech joint-stock enterprise specializing in wind energy investments as well as research and development of new energy technologies. The enterprise holds an agreement with the People's Government of Taonan of Jilin Province for the development of 500 megawatts ('MW') of wind farms in Yongmao, Taonan.
